Group Sales FAQ
A “group” is comprised of 10 or more people attending the same performance.
How much money do I save when purchasing group tickets?
Groups of 10 to 49 people are eligible to receive 15% off the price of each ticket; groups of 50 or more are eligible to receive a 20% discount.
Girl Scout troops may purchase tickets at a special rate of $15.00 each.
Are there any restrictions for Girl Scout rate tickets?
Tickets must be purchased through the Group Sales Department by the troop leader. A minimum purchase of four tickets is required. Although most Tilles Center-presents performances are eligible for this discount, please contact the Group Sales Department for details.
Is there a space for my group to eat lunch or dinner before or after the performance?
For groups of forty or more, we may be able to arrange a space and catering for a reception prior to the performance. Smaller groups are encouraged to dine at recommended local restaurants. Please contact the Group Sales Department for more information.
How are seats assigned for large groups?
The Group Sales Department will work with you to find the best seating arrangements possible within your desired price range. The sooner you make your reservation, the more seating options there are available.
What if I don’t know exactly how many seats I will need?
The quantity of tickets can be adjusted at any point until the final balance is paid, provided that it does not fall below the group minimum of 10 seats. The per-ticket discount will be adjusted to reflect the new quantity of tickets, if necessary.
When do I pay for my reservation?
A 10% non-refundable deposit is due within 14 days of reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than one month prior to performance date. Final payment must be made by a single check or credit card payment. Failure to comply with payment schedule will result in forfeiture of seats.
Can I pay for my tickets online?
Yes! You may pay your group sale invoice online by logging into your My Tilles Center Account with the email address on file for your reservation. First time users will need to create a password by clicking the Forgot your password? link when prompted for login information.
Please note that you will be billed for your remaining balance approximately two business days after paying your 10% nonrefundable deposit online. If paying your final balance online, please expect your tickets to arrive in the mail in 7-10 business days.
A $1.00 convenience fee applies to each Internet payment.
How will I receive my tickets?
Once final payment is made, all tickets will be mailed to the address on file. Be sure to keep track of who each ticket is assigned to — this is helpful to the box office in the event that a ticket is misplaced and needs to be reprinted.
Can group discounts be combined with other discounts?
Group discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers, or applied to previously purchased tickets.
Is there an additional fee for Group Sales?
A $5 handling fee will be added to the total of each group order.
