The Very Hungry Caterpillar & Other E. Carle Favorites
Three beloved stories by Eric Carle are retold on stage through the magic of black light and fanciful puppets. The triple-bill includes the wonderful story of The Very Hungry Caterpillar’s metamorphosis into a beautiful butterfly, the fanciful account of Little Cloud’s travels through the sky, and The Mixed Up Chameleon’s discovery of his own unique nature.
Recommended for ages 3-7.
Join us for story-theatre and puppet-making! Each participant will and make a puppet of their very own to help act out parts of Eric Carle’s classic stories- The Very Hungry Caterpillar, Little Cloud and The Mixed Up Chameleon. This workshop is sensory friendly. Tilles Center Family Workshops provide unique opportunities for families to play and explore the arts together. Storytelling, puppet-making, music and role-playing are some of the activities we offer, depending on the type of show being performed that day.
