PARTICIPATION REGISTRATION

• Registration will open 3 hours prior to the show at venue. An online registration link should be sent to buyers prior to the show. Box offices will receive link.

• There will be QR codes around the lobby and check in so attendees who have not registered online can register quickly on their phones.

• Additional details will be available during production advance.

🚨Takeover time!🚨 Tomorrow, one of Eglevsky Ballet’s dancers, Samantha Watson, is taking over our Instagram stories! 🎬 Follow along as she takes you behind the scenes and shares her day preparing for the weekend of The Nutcracker! ✨ Meet Samantha: Originally from New Hampshire, Samantha Watson studied at the Brattleboro School of Dance in Brattleboro, Vermont for 13 years. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Hartford’s Hartt School in May 2019, where she received her BFA in Dance Pedagogy and a minor in English. While in school, she performed works by George Balanchine, Paul Taylor, Claudia Schreier, and others. After graduation she joined the New York State Ballet, performing soloist and corps de ballet roles from 2019-2021. She went on to spend two seasons with Newport Contemporary Ballet, where she danced reparatory by choreographers such as Amy Hall Garner, Yoshito Sakuraba, Juan Rodriguez, and others. She moved to New York in September, 2023 to continue her career. Most recently, Ms. Watson played the titular role of Bonnie Parker in Collide Theatrical Dance Company’s Bonnie and Clyde in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This school year, Ms. Watson will also be a Teaching Artist through Long Island University’s Tilles Center for the Performing Arts. With the Eglevsky Ballet, she has gotten to work with choreographers such as Maurice Brandon Curry, Kevin Jenkins, and Gabrielle Lamb. She is glad to be doing her second Nutcracker with Eglevsky!
