Faculty Requests

This form is for use by Long Island University faculty, only, requesting tickets to performances that are assigned to students as part of a course requirement. Tilles Center's Arts Education Programs underwrites the cost of these tickets. Subject to availability.

• Please submit all requests at least ten days prior to the performance. We will confirm your order request via email.
• Once confirmed, tickets will be ready for pick up no earlier than (1) week prior to the show.
• Tickets will be held at the Tantleff Box Office and must be picked up in person. Faculty signature required.
