WHAT ARE YOUR COVID GUIDELINES FOR 2021-2022 SEASON EVENTS?
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY IS OUR TOP PRIORITY.
Per New York State guidelines for venues, Tilles Center is now able to host 100% capacity events with no social distancing. To reach full capacity, events will require all guests to be fully vaccinated — final dose 14 days before event.
All guests will be required to provide proof of full vaccination, meaning the day of your event is at least 14 days after your final vaccine dose. The only exception is for children under the age of 12, who may provide proof of a negative antigen or PCR COVID-19 test, or full vaccination, to attend when accompanied by a vaccinated adult. NYS State Excelsior Pass or photo of CDC Vaccination cards are accepted.
Requirements may change as guidelines change, so please make sure to visit the event page to confirm the requirements for your specific show.
CONCERT HALL RENOVATIONS
All seats have been replaced with new anti-microbial chairs with lumbar support and simulated leather for easy cleaning. In addition, we’ve installed new carpet and painted throughout the interior lobby and theater. All of these renovations allow cleaning to be more effective.
Masks are required at all times except when eating or drinking in designated areas. All masks must completely cover the nose and mouth and comply with the CDC guidelines for acceptable face coverings. We will continue to monitor and update these guidelines regularly.
The theater has upgraded updated fans and filtration in HVAC systems, and disinfectant at all entrances. After each performance, high touch surfaces in both audience spaces and backstage will be cleaned in accordance with CDC recommendations.
